The Portland Preaching Retreat is a four-day retreat for teaching pastors in the Portland Metro Area. Designed to bless and serve local pastors, the Portland Preaching Retreat hosts a scholar who will teach on one book of the Bible over four days, going in depth on ways this content can be preached in a sermon series. This year, the guest scholar is Dr. Nijay Gupta, who will be teaching on Galatians. Overnight or drive-in options are available, but participants are expected to commit to being present for the duration of the retreat (lunch Tuesday through lunch Friday). Drive-in participants should plan to be at the Abbey from 8:30 AM - 6 PM each day.

Cost: The total cost of the retreat is $500, which includes overnight accommodations at the Abbey and all meals during the duration of your stay. There are a few spots available for people who choose to drive in each day instead of staying overnight, which costs $150 and includes lunch daily.

A limited number of scholarships are available to those who need them.
