Calming Leadership: How we as leaders can be a steady presence in the world that is fractured by anxiety

The world is increasingly fractured because we have difficulty looking beneath the surface of our lives. Instead of being a calm presence, our lives and leadership are often marked by reactivity and anxiety. At this gathering, we will learn some ways to lead calmly, courageously, and with compassion––in the way of Jesus.
