We are excited to have Lisa Fields, Tanita Maddox, Ed Stetzer and David Kinnaman in Portland on Friday, May 9th at Mannahouse Church. They will be sharing on Reaching the Disillusioned and Disengaged: How Church Engages Gen Z and Millennials. This event is sponsored by the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust and the Regeneration Project, an initiative of Western Seminary.

Lisa Fields is a renowned Christian apologist, speaker, author, and film producer, who has been a driving force in shaping conversations on faith, theology, and culture. She is the founder of the Jude 3 Project - a leading apologetics organization dedicated to equipping the Black Christian community with the tools to know what they believe and why they believe it. Lisa received her Master of Divinity in Theological Studies from Liberty University and joins us today from Jacksonville, Florida. 

Tanita Maddox is an experienced Young Life staff member with a history of developing leaders, working with adolescents, fundraising, and biblical teaching. She completed her Doctorate in Ministry from Phoenix Seminary in gospel proclamation to Generation Z. Tanita provides workshops for youth staff and volunteers to understand the current adolescent culture and their biblical understanding and theological framework and is here with us from Spokane, Washington. 

Ed Stetzer is the Dean of Talbot School of Theology at Biola University as well as Scholar in Residence & Teaching Pastor at Mariners Church. He is a pastor, radio show host, and author who has planted, pastored and revitalized churches on six continents. You might also know him from Outreach Magazine or Lausanne North America. Ed currently lives in Southern California, and he and his wife Donna have three daughters

David Kinnaman is the CEO of Barna Group, a leading research and communications company that works with churches, nonprofits, and businesses. He is the author of bestselling faith books including Faith For Exiles, Good Faith, and unChristian. David's research helps a new generation of leaders understand the perceptions and images that young people have of Christianity. He lives with his wife and three sons in Fort Worth, Texas.
